EMOTION AND SOPHISTICATION IN THE VINEYARD
The wine estate Jakob Scholl is currently run by Alexander Scholl and his family in the 6th generation. It is situated right in the heart of the old part of Rüdesheim, in Löhrstraße which is one of the oldest streets of the town.
17000 square metres of Riesling, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder are grown as side-line. Sites include Berg Roseneck, Berg Rottland, Drachenstein, Bischofsberg and Klosterberg which are regarded as top Rheingau vineyard sites.
Our Riesling and Pinot Noir grapes make typical, powerful Rheingau wines. Our fruity Dornfelder wines complement our range.
