FIRST GENERATION, FIRST CLASS!

Already as a young man, the Rheingau wine maker Hans Bausch fulfilled himself the great dream by founding his very own wine estate “Hans Bausch”. His emphasis is on manual work, a strong bond which is the result of the marked identification with his wine estate, demanding 100% dedication.

His son Maximilian and his daughter Katharina have followed in his footsteps and are part of the estate´s team. Hans Bausch harvests his grapes as late as possible to obtain optimal ripeness. Gentle pressing and temperature controlled fermentation are further stepping stones towards ambitious Riesling wines from the Rheingau.
