... in the future comes from Stefan and Martin Dries, the success bakers from the Rheingau. They get it baked because they know, that bread is a high quality cultivated natural product and time is the main ingredient. In 2019 we prepared a separate tank in the Rhine Wine World, where the dough for our own bread will be is cultivated.
