The Middle Rhine region is considered as one of the warmest parts of Germany.  Temperate winters as well as early and long vegetation periods are excellent prerequisites for best grape quality. From the early days, our wine estate VOLK owns some of the best sites of Bopparder Hamm.

Individual wines of character and terroir show the respective grape varieties. Be it our racy Riesling, elegant Pinot Blanc or seductive Pinot Noir – every wine lover will find his or her favourite wine. Globalized markets with ever-increasing production volumes leave no room for variety, character, curiosity, patience, experiments and surprises.

Not so at VOLK. Here, all our wines stand for a perfect synthesis of skill, sites, our climate and the slate soil with its unique character.
