Brother and Sister from the Valley of the Loreley

The wine estate Goswin Lambrich, in its third generation, is run by the siblings Christiane Lambrich-Henrich and Matthias Lambrich. Together, they cultivate 16 hectares of steep slopes right in the romantic Middle Rhine Valley region. Christiane has studied oenology at the wine university of Geisenheim and is in charge of wine making. Mattias, who also completed his studies in Geisenheim, is in charge of vineyards and marketing. Riesling is the main grape variety that grows on slate and slate composite soils - cultivation of Riesling dating back to the medieval ages in this area. The wine estate also has Red Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blancon its portfolio. The philosophy of the wine estate is to strive for harmony of wine cultivation and nature - in order to produce wines of the highest quality, eco-friendly and eco-aware viticulture is essential. The greatest motivation of the siblings is their love for wine making and making their contribution for maintaining the uniqueness of  this historic, romantic part of the Rhine Valley.
