ATTACHED TO HOME REGION AND COSMOPOLITAN 

The family-run wine estate which is situated in Spay forms a major supporting pillar in the Upper Middle Rhine Region when it comes to wine quality. Right in the heart of this romantic Rhine region, the Müller family cultivates in 300 year old tradition 10 hectares of vineyards – all steep slopes of Bopparder Hamm, one of the best and most famous slate steep slopes of the entire Rhine valley.

90% is planted with Riesling, 6% with Pinot Gris and 4% with Pinot Noir. Four sites with different soil types form the basis for sought after, independent and region-typical wines. Further factors are careful and selective harvesting methods and optimum ripening stage of the grapes. Gentle pressing and long fermentation periods result in fruit driven wines full of character.

Each year, two or three qualities are produced with the title “Edition MM”. Numerous awards like “Winemaker of the Year” and four grapes by Gault Millau or the repeated listing in “100 Best German Wine Estates” have made the Müller family well known nationally and internationally.
